Thank you for scheduling an appointment with us. Kyur Aesthetics Anti-Aging Medical Center requires all customers, regardless of payment method place a valid Debit/Credit card on file for all appointments.

 We require a 24 hours advance notice to cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or modifications in less than 24 hours from your originally scheduled appointment date and time will be charged 100% of the cost of the service, even if no service is rendered. Although we do our best to ensure that you are seen by the provider of choice, booking this appointment is agreement that service may be completed by any provider available. Refusal of available service provider does not initiate a refund for services purchased. Full appointment cost applicable. 

 As a courtesy, the clinic extends appointment reminders 48 hours in advance via text messaging and email correspondence. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain all appointments after being scheduled. Clients are asked to maintain a valid credit card on file. Have no worries, your credit card information is secure and will not be charged unless there is a cancellation(s) or appointment change(s) less than 24hrs prior to your appointment start time, and/or if you do not confirm your appointment. Appointments not confirmed will be charged the full amount without any discount or voucher applied, the day of the service, prior to your scheduled appointment time, as you the customer are responsible for the total cost of the service. 

 No-Show appointments that do not have a valid credit card on file, or that have insufficient funds will be charged until payment is received in full. If no payment is received, client will be required to pay any balance due prior to the start of their next scheduled appointment. 

 Continuous No-Shows or missed appointments will restrict a patient ability to schedule in the future. 

 Each client is allowed a 10 minute grace period to start their appointment. Arriving after this time may cause inability to be seen, and the client would still be responsible for the cost of the service.

 Wait times-Due to each client having different needs, we do ask that you allow us up to 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Although this isn’t the standard for our clinic, situations may arise that require an increased amount of time for the service. 

 Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of these terms of service.
